Heal, Grow, Thrive

Helping Families move from overwhelm to understanding

Offering therapeutic support that helps children teens & young adults make sense of their behaviour and emotions — and supports parents to reconnect with confidence and calm

Relational, trauma-informed, and Rooted in connection.

My approach is warm, honest, and grounded in reality. Family life can be joyful and loving — but it can also be confusing, exhausting, and full of emotion. I work alongside you to make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, helping you and your child find calm, connection, and understanding.

As an Integrative Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist, I draw on a blend of approaches. Each session is tailored to the unique story of your family — practical, reflective, and emotionally attuned.

Whether you’re navigating adoption, autism, trauma, loss, or the everyday challenges of parenting, I offer a space that’s steady, kind, and non-judgmental. Together, we’ll explore what lies beneath behaviour, support emotional regulation, and strengthen the bonds that hold families together.

This work isn’t about fixing children or finding quick solutions. It’s about understanding, healing, and helping both parent and child feel seen, safe, and connected — so your family can begin to heal, grow, and thrive.

Understanding neurodivergence and nurturing authentic connection
Autistic children, teens, and young adults experience the world deeply and uniquely. My autism-affirming therapy helps families understand sensory and emotional needs while celebrating neurodivergent strengths.

Child Psychotherapy

Helping children and young people make sense of their feelings through play, creativity, and connection. Children often express emotions through behaviour long before they can talk about them.

Adoption Suppor

Rebuilding trust, belonging, and emotional safety in adoptive families
Adoption brings love and complexity. Many adopted children and young people have experienced early trauma or disrupted attachments that affect how they relate to others.

What models do you use?

Together, these approaches create therapy that is compassionate, grounded in neuroscience, and tailored to the unique needs of each family. My aim is always to help children feel safe in their bodies, parents feel confident in their connection, and families rediscover warmth and joy together.

My work combines evidence-based models such as Attachment-Based Therapy, DDP, Polyvagal Theory, DBT, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). These are adapted to each family’s needs — translating theory into practical, everyday ways of understanding and supporting one another.
